Our services include fettling and grinding for all types of casting.  Our equipment includes:

- Six double-ended 24" pedestal grinders
- All the necessary hand finishing tools
- Band saws for cutting off.
- Table shotblaster for cleaning
- Linishers for your finer work.
- Arc air for cutting and washing steel prior to fettling.

Our experienced team are able to fettle castings
up to 5,000 Kgs . 

Of course most of our customers want their castings yesterday!  We understand this and will react very quickly.

Our costing is based on time taken to complete each casting and we would be pleased to pay you a visit and quote you accordingly.
